Every morning, the carrier emails that need action, sorted by deadline
We set up scheduled lists in your agency's own ChatGPT or Claude account: carrier notices and client change requests not yet confirmed, and loss runs and submissions still waiting on a carrier. Fixed price, set up by email.
- No calls: set up by email
- Runs in your own account
- 30-day money-back guarantee
E&O morning list
A pending-cancel or non-renewal notice that sits unread for a week is a familiar start to an E&O claim.
- Carrier notices that came in overnight: pending cancellation, non-renewal, underwriting and audit
- Client change requests not yet confirmed back
- Sorted by deadline, as an internal list for your team
- Pending cancellation · Business ABusinessowners policy, non-payment, cancels Oct 24
- Change request · Business BAdd a vehicle to the commercial auto policy
- Non-renewal · Business CGeneral liability, effective Nov 15
- Not classified · carrier emailPDF attached, notice type not stated in the email
Waiting on carriers
Commercial renewals often stall on a loss run or a market quote nobody chased.
- Loss-run requests still waiting, with days outstanding against your state's deadline
- Submissions to carriers and wholesalers with no answer yet
- A follow-up drafted for each, for your review
- Loss runs · Business ARequested from the carrier 12 days ago
- Submission · Business EGeneral liability, sent to a wholesaler 6 days ago
- Loss runs · Business F3 carriers asked, 1 still outstanding

Before you order
Can we talk on a call first?
We keep everything by email so it stays quick for your team. Reply to Sarah's email with any question and you'll get an answer by email.
Where does our data go?
It stays in your own accounts. The automation runs in the ChatGPT or Claude account your agency controls, and your team connects your own email and files by clicking Connect. You never share passwords.
Is anything sent automatically?
No. Every output is an internal list, with the drafts inside it, ready for a person on your team to check, copy and send.
What do we need?
A paid ChatGPT or Claude plan in your agency's name, plus Gmail or Outlook. You pay OpenAI or Anthropic directly; we never resell accounts.
Does it connect to our agency management system?
No. It reads your mailbox. Notices that only arrive through carrier downloads aren't covered, and PDF attachments are listed by name unless they're saved to a shared folder. Carrier emails it can't classify are listed as "please check", so nothing is skipped silently.
Will it notify our clients about cancellations?
No. The E&O list is internal only. Your team decides what to do with each item.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. A 30-day money-back guarantee if it's not running as described in the first 30 days: you get a full refund.
What happens after the first 30 days?
It keeps running in your own account. If you'd like us to look after it, Autopilot ($99 a month) adds a weekly check, fixes when a tool changes and up to 2 small changes a month. Autopilot Plus ($299 a month) also adds one new automation each month. Both are month to month.
